The more that comes to light about the "West Michigan Community Preservation Fund," the worse things get for Senate Majority Leader Arlan Meekhof.

WMP revealed earlier this week that Meekhof is using that 501(c)4) non-profit, along with another one of his funds, a federal 527 called the "Meekhof Administrative Account," to launder himself money-over $100,000 since 2014.

WMP has now obtained the document Arlan's non-profit was required to file with the State of Michigan when they incorporated, and the contents are shocking.

In it, Meekhof's group actually claims that the money from the group will be used to help poor people who are uninsured and underinsured!

They will also help facilitate "educational experiences" to "support democracy," the document claims...

Protecting the environment, healthcare reform, and other BS rhetoric designed to sound good appears also...

The articles of incorporation were filed by known Meekhof associate Steven Weyhing, a Lansing area lawyer.

And Arlan hasn't held a coffee hour or town hall meeting in over 3 years... Wouldn't that be a better way to "encourage public participation" and "obtain support" for his cause?!

Stay tuned as the situation develops...
