According to MLive:
"Vice President Mike Pence is coming to Michigan on Friday, June 15, according to a press release.
Pence will be in Oakland County to attend a fundraising event for Attorney General Bill Schuette's gubernatorial run, the release states.
"It is tremendous that Vice President Mike Pence is coming to Michigan to help my campaign for governor," Schuette said in a release issued by John Sellek, his campaign's strategist. "It will be an exciting day for Michigan and one more reason why we are ahead and we will win on primary day in August."
He is slated to attend a Michigan event on Friday.
The private fundraiser is being held at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. It is scheduled to start at noon."
