A source tells WMP that another complaint has been filed with the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission against controversial Ottawa County 58th  District Court Judge Kenneth Post. Post allegedly personally called a defendant and threatened him regarding his upcoming appearance in Post's court...

Post faces another suspension after he was previously suspended for 30 days for jailing a defense attorney simply trying to represent his client at a hearing...
