After Schuette Charges Courser+Gamrat, The Lawsuit From Allard+Graham Against Cotter Is More Important Than Ever

With the revelation that Attorney General Schuette believes criminal charges are warranted against former legislators Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat, the lawsuit filed by Keith Allard and Ben Graham against Speaker Cotter and the Michigan House must be re-examined in a far more serious light.

It is now clear that Speaker Cotter IGNORED whistle blowers who were trying to warn him about a matter so serious, the top law enforcement official in Michigan has now taken action.

This is absolutely unacceptable, and Michiganders deserve better from Lansing.
