Ronna Drops The "Romney"

Most Republicans active in Michigan politics know her simply as "Ronna."
On the campaign trail last year, President Trump referred to then Michigan GOP Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel as "my Romney." Trump liked her so much, he chose her to replace Reince Priebus as RNC Chair.
Ronna has been immensely successful as RNC Chair, consistently posting record fundraising numbers and helping Republicans rack up an undefeated record in special elections. She received a warm welcome at events in Michigan earlier this year, and she is still quite popular with Republicans in the Great Lakes State.
Since taking office though, Ronna has mostly dropped the Romney name.
Her official Facebook page lists her as Ronna McDaniel, and that is how she is usually introduced in television appearances.
Dropping the Romney isn't a major development, but it certainly is interesting...
What do you think?

I think that after a certain movie called "Detroit" hits the screens and people start to do some reading about what really happened, they'll learn about a certain failure of a governor who sat on his backside instead of calling in the National Guard to restore order to a city in flames.
