Attorney General Bill Schuette says Speaker Cotter waived Constitutional immunity in court proceedings for the Michigan House when he led the charge to pass legislation investigating State Representatives Gamrat and Courser last fall.
The legislation, HR 145, passed and set the foundation to remove the controversial legislators...
