The MIGOP Convention may have wrapped up over two weeks ago, but hard feelings still linger.
Such is the case with a recent spat between conservative activist and candidate for RNC Isabelle Terry, and former MIGOP Chair candidate Kim Shmina.
Jeff Phillips, a school board trustee and an adviser to Shmina's Chair campaign, says Terry is unfairly misrepresenting Shmina in a recent Facebook attack.
Terry recently posted that Shmina had messaged her, with Shmina saying Terry didn't have a chance to win the RNC post so she should drop out and back Cindy Duran or Cindy Gamrat.
Terry posted:
However, Phillips says that's only part of the story. Phillips provided WMP with what Isabelle Terry had sent to Kim Shmina during the chair race. In that message, Terry told Shmina she didn't have a chance to win and should drop out and back Norm Huighes:
That explains why Shmina begins her response with, "now it is your turn."
Phillips says that Terry has "defriended" him and Shmina, making them unable to respond to Terry's claims.
