Conception changes everything, the mothers’ survival and rape are where you must “justly adjudicate the concept of rights”. Inconvenient conception does not justify murder, only self-defense or maybe declared war would do that. It does not require religious beliefs to see this, it is common sense.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09458271323266426806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-191275644331392359.post-45825820947108026342015-02-27T04:17:05.491-08:002015-02-27T04:17:05.491-08:00Personhood at conception is a bad idea. Does she drink too much booze? Too much pop? Eat the right foods? Watch too much TV? Get too much exercise? Not enough exercise? Smoke? Her life would have to be severely regimented. There are lots of people who are OK with that. I am not. There is no way to justly adjudicate the concept of rights when two people share the same body. To uphold the rights of one is to violate the rights of the other. That is why the mother's rights must take precedence over those of a fetus. There is a lot more to this issue but for now I'll just say that any personhood prior to birth is a very bad idea.Michael Neibelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15321103608597264855noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-191275644331392359.post-34880012771809689782015-02-27T04:15:37.118-08:002015-02-27T04:15:37.118-08:00Personhood at conception is a bad idea.
